Customized products are not returnable. Exchange is also not available for customised products. All other products can be returned or exchanged within 07 days from the date of delivery. Orders for which packaging is damaged, or seal broken should not be accepted. Any such consignment, if accepted, cannot be returned. Items will be considered for return only if product/price tag is intact, and the product has not been used/washed/damaged. The item to be returned should be packed properly and handed over to the courier person. No return pickup fee for courier shall be charged from the customers for items other than customised products (which are neither returnable nor exchangeable).
